If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Due to hygiene, opened skincare/makeup products cannot be returned
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
